(2x + 5 - 3x)(2x + 5 + 3x)
(-x + 5)(5x + 5)

(2x+5)²-(3x)²
=(2x+5-3x)(2x+5+3x)
=(-x+5)(5x+5)
=(-5)(x-5)(x+1)
