Your friend : Oh don't worry it's nothing, we are kids, we are young ! Just live it up ! I won't be old woman who regret her young life !

You : So, I undersand that you want be biggest and sick in the future because you want to live it up when we are young ? You should stop sugar.

Your friend : But I love sugar, it's not my fault... How can stop ?

You : Okay, I will help you, I promise, don't worry. Maybe if you praticse sport, you can save you and never be sick...

Your friend : Oh It's a good idea ! Do you have others ?

You : Yes, try to eat less sugar day by day !

You : If you can't, eat more fruits with natural sugar, okay ?
