I] The origines of OXFAM  

When ? During the second World War  

Where ? At the universiy of Oxford  

Who ? A group of people  

Why ? They wanted to help war refugees  

The name of OXFAM means : « Oxford Community for Famine Relief  

Mission of OXFAM : It sent food and clothing to all countries in need

II] OXFAM today

a) In 1960

b) Volunteers  

c) They helpe poor peoples, victims of war, natural disasters they also help childrens to get a better education, especially girls in developing countries who can’t go to school

d) In British town

e) we can by clothes, books and furniture that people don’t want anymore, we can by handicrafts made by the people from the countries they help and for finish we can finde these products in supermarkets or online

f) They gets money from the government, but anybody can donate to this organisation
